In fact Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world: in 2014 it ranked 145th of 187 countries on the Human Development Index, and 2024, ten years later, 146th of 193 countries.

Here, one can help a lot with rather little means. We've been doing so by supporting a home for street children and by building a school in a remote village. More info in projects. You can help, too.
